Order Fulfillment Policy

The lead time to build and ship your order will be included on your invoice. Any unforeseen delays in meeting this lead time will be communicated to you via phone, text message, or email on or before the original lead time window expires.

Cancellation Policy

If your credit card has been charged, a cancellation fee of 5% will be deducted from the total amount paid. In addition, a restocking fee of up to 35% may not be refunded on items that have been made to order based on the customer’s selection of options. If an order has already shipped at the time of the cancellation request, then it CANNOT be cancelled and only the return policy will apply. 

Return Policy

Goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt that are faulty, were supplied in error, or do not meet the description in our sales literature. Boatworks Northwest will either exchange the product or provide a full refund for these goods that are returned undamaged and in their original packaging. 

Unwanted goods may also be returned within 30 days; however, a 15% to 35% restocking fee will apply depending upon the options selected for made to order items.  Refunds will not include any freight paid by the customer. For returns not covered by warranty, the purchaser must return the goods freight prepaid. 

AquaPod® Warranty Policy

Boatworks Northwest, LLC warrants this product to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship as follows:

• If, during the period of one year after the date      of receipt, the AquaPod® manifests defects in material or workmanship      which interfere with the designed, intended use of the boat, Boatworks      Northwest will repair or replace the product free of charge. 
• This warranty does not cover routine wear and      tear nor any damages due to accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence or damage      due to shipping. 
• Boatworks Northwest reserves the right to make      final determination of responsibility for the failure and subsequent      reimbursement of shipping costs and repairs or replacement. Photographs may be required prior to      return authorization.
• Returns without authorization will only be      accepted for freight prepaid shipments. No refunds of any kind will be made if the product has sustained      damage from misuse beyond reasonable repairs.

This warranty is Boatworks Northwest’s final, complete and exclusive statement of warranty terms in connection with the AquaPod®. This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, which applies to warranties are hereby expressly excluded.
